Adding Information and Policy APIs in the core specs

In this discussion, we aim to explore and define the inclusion of Information and Policy APIs in the core specifications. This addition will enhance the functionality and utility of our project by providing standardized interfaces for accessing and managing information as well as enforcing policies.

Hi @emmayank following are my observations.

1. The above JSONs do not seem to comply with the Policy & Information schema mentioned above.
2. For applicability of policy we should look at location and time as a 4D entity (i.e space-time). Certain policies are applicable at certain places at certain times. For example, in India, Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) of 1973 authorises the Executive Magistrate of any state or territory to issue an order to prohibit the assembly of four or more people in an area. There could be a policy that applies Section 144 on specific area-codes from say, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
3. We should also allow inclusion and exclusion zones. For example, Drones can be flown everywhere "inside" a city except for some restricted areas. So we should find a way to nest the "space-time" objects
4. We should explore the GeoJSON specification to create complex geospatial datastructures. Infact, we can also propose a new specification that takes not only space, but space-time as a coordinate system (An idea for anyone willing to take it up :D ).

1. I have updated the above examples and made it comply with the policy and information schema.
2. Also, I have tried to make it as 4D entity by adding location, time and people in the target object.
3. Have also included zones in the target.location

Note :

1. This Schema is not yet Beckn-ized
2. We need to work more on people schema to make it generic and easy to specify, "For which group of people, the policy is applicable"
