Remove all non-dependent mods. keep only JEi, Gendustry, bdewcore and Forestry. If it's not crash, slowly put back all the mods and start the instance.
Safe to say, e.g. Inventory Tweaks is OK, map mods are OK, and ensure all of them is the latest version.

Also, I do not know what is "jar launcher" I recommend you to use either Twitch Client (on Windows) or GDLauncher, both of these launchers works extremely well with modpacks - and they're all free.
