Uses about 800 RF (400 or 1600 AE not sure what the conversion rate is)/op
Can put several stacks of certus or quartz crystal into it, and it'll grind it to dust with a base speed of 60 ticks. can hold 4 overclocks bring its craft speed down to 5 ticks per craft.

This would be a nice addition to the mod I think, and applied energistics as a whole :)
