Attach the Contact Us form to request an email API.

MailJet https://www.mailjet.com/pricing/ seems to have a good free tier to start with (although there is also the hassle of not wanting to leak the API key on the frontend). May have to use some sort of service like https://formspree.io/plans although plans are quite limited.
