Split up examples/bzlmod into smaller examples

What are the maintainers thoughts of breaking up examples/bzlmod into smaller scoped examples?
At the moment its quite large and covers a large set of features which (IMO) makes it hard to follow and maintain.

My proposal is to split examples/bzlmod into the following distinct examples:

• pip.whl_mods + pip.parse overrides
• local_path_override + patches
• python version overides & platform overides
• Using runfiles
