是用户主页这个

  1. 把这个做成曲线图,就象工会成长图一样
  2. 不要每天的变化图,要累计增长图

是啊,做union还有积分加成,太爽了,先这样,先看看情况再说

但是为什么我的积分就每次只又1分,还有,如果为了刷分,一次一次的提交,这样是不是很不好啊。。。我觉得是否可以根据issue来积分,例如bug1分,ts 3分,store5分之类的。。

我们都有成长抑制,我也一分一分加,还有更搞笑的呢

抑制太大了,我们几个全跑出来0分了,vincent估计又哭了

不急,不急,现在这都不是眼前最关键的问题,那些规则想调随时调。就跟微软,放任盗版一样,不着急收,先让大家刷刷吧,做核心开发的,咱不是有更好的收获吗,也不图这个了

要不那些个先不管,我们在排行里再加个commit数,看着心里稍微好受些

我看,这个阶段目标完成了以后啊,下个阶段是怎么稳固战果。怎么能把打下来的江山守住,要两条战线,
一个呢,做任务系统,事在必行。任务系统,比较关键,做了,就是发布任务,跟踪任务状态。这条线往下走,就是分组做任务
一个呢,就是延续,新手挑战赛,和新手入职任务。这个光我们自己做导师不行。新手入职主管,核心开发,先轮值一个周期。然后,入职主管,和新手导师全开放招聘。有水平想参与活动的,我们培训一下,就可以做导师,做入职主管,这个需要一个类似徽章的系统,头衔吧。

这个山头拿下来,就稳固了。我们就可以看看下一目标了。

btw: 再说,william同学,以非核心开发做核心功能,奖励是应该的(不然,把他拉进核心开发吧,成长分,哗哗就掉下来了 😸 )
