feat: add first sdk call event to backend #268

Implement Segment in our backend
create a new event that triggers on the first time a Project make a SDK call. the event name is first_sdk_call, with properties: the SDK type, the vendor, the type of model(llm/whisper etc), the project name, the project id.
NOTE: as we don't currently add track events to projects or companies. we would add this track event to each member of the project
