The file list page is a data traffic bomb. On sites with lots of media, hundred or thousands of images may be loaded as soon as the page is rendered in a browser. As the media items aren't ordered, or even orderable, the page serves no practical purpose, so remove it.

This may be easiest to solve with the 'file-based approach' laid out in #155
