美国的NIST在第四轮后选定了几个后量子算法：CRYSTALS-KYBER、CRYSTALS-DILITHIUM、FALCON、SPHINCS+。能否在V2Ray、shadowsocks协议中支持这些算法？V2Ray和shadowsocks能把真实流量包装起来，真实流量用后量子算法应该能实现吧？真实流量被V2Ray或shadowsocks的包装协议掩盖掉了，理论上GFW不知道在使用后量子算法。
