can't find the package.json file #180

here is my structure

root/
ui/
app/
package.json

Unable to find my package.json file which is two sub directories from root.

name: NPM or Yarn install with caching
uses: bahmutov/[email protected]
with:
working-directory: ui/app
useLockFile: false
