Improve the way resources are named to avoid running into char limit problems

Describe the feature you'd like to have.
Create a consistent way of naming resources across all implementations in a way that we dont keep running into character limit problems. This was born out the PR review here: https://github.com/backube/pvc-transfer/pull/4/files#r746877325

What is the value to the end user? (why is it a priority?)

How will we know we have a good solution? (acceptance criteria)
