Include the info for the parent Dataset bucket nodes - that will be a valid catalog service response for the bucket.

stubbing out the larger structure

still needs to handle the different namespaces, the differing urlPath
locations, the service elements for the leaf nodes, the complete
generation and the “when to just parse xml vs when to make new request”
issue. see #6, #2, and #1.
