Explicitly capture the catalogRef information and maintain the tree (can't just catch the leaf nodes).

stubbing out the larger structure

still needs to handle the different namespaces, the differing urlPath
locations, the service elements for the leaf nodes, the complete
generation and the “when to just parse xml vs when to make new request”
issue. see #6, #2, and #1.
