Hope to upgrade 6.1 kernel to at least 6.1.120

Why is this needed:
It solves an issue that cadvisor has wrong network rx statistic when using ebpf.

@kyleli666 can you open an issue in https://github.com/amazonlinux/amazon-linux-2023 so the AL folks are aware of this?

Our AMIs use the latest AL2023 kernel as soon as it's available.
