NTH with ASG and Warm pool

I have ASG with Warm_pool enabled.

And these are the warm-pools-events: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/autoscaling/ec2/userguide/warm-pools-eventbridge-events.html

Question: Does NTH even trigger or come in the picture when we have scale-in or scale-out events for ASG? If so, how can I ensure NTH doesn't get triggered on warm_pool actions/events?
