IRSA: IAM role for service account are the new recommended way to configure & deploy applications that needs programatic access to underlying AWS ressources.
In our case it's the mystical mysfit application that needs the permissions to connect to DynamoDB.
Instead of adding the policy to the underlying EC2 instance, we need to just allow the pod to connect to the DynamoDB Table.
