Steps to install

Clone the repo to your local folder (lets say, contact-book-api)
cd contact-book-ap1/
bundle install
rake db:create
rake db:migrate
rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=test
rails s - To start the server on http://localhost:3000
bundle exec rspec - To run tests
