Long links underline indentation as well

For long links which auto-wrap to the next line and have indentation, the underline follows underneath the indentation as well:

I thought this might be an issue with the language-hyperlink package, but when I disabled it it will showed up like this, so not sure where to file this issue. Please let me know if this is not the right repository.

This is with Atom 1.6.0-beta5 on OS X.

It actually affects markdown files as well, and I'm guessing all other language packages:

Most likely because the scope didn't break and is including the whitespace.
