Change TeamRegistration.tournament_division to a Tournament type

TeamRegistration has a foreign key to a TournamentDivision and another foreign key to a Team. Both TournamentDivision and Team have a reference to a Division which creates a redundancy. We may want consider changing the tournament_division field to only reference a Tournament instead of a TournamentDivision.
