Proprietary package(jolla-xt9) blocks installation on Community port devices

What is the problem

'jolla-xt9' package is proprietary package, so jolla-anthy-jp can't install to community port devices.

Because Jolla does not some provide proprietary package to other than licensed SFOS devices.

What to expect(And What did I try)

I think It is nice to remove jolla-xt9 from dependencies of jolla-anthy-jp.
And I already tested that install jolla-anthy-jp without jolla-xt9, It seems no problem for working jolla-anthy-jp. jolla-xt9 affects only to english jolla-keyboard.
