Minimal Bar animation sensibility with toolbar icons

Great project! Thanks for all this customimzation.

If you use minimal nav bar, it gets a bit glitchy when you cross one icon's region to the next, it enters and leaves the animation several times if you have several icons. It can make it hard to click some of them sometimes.

Also, I have the zoom level on the bar, and it never quite leaves. Heres an image:

Running windows 11 with the 131.0.2 Firefox version

Not awful bugs, of course, just fyi. Great Work! Appreciate it.
