I would like to suggest https://github.com/cedvdb/phone_form_field

I'm the maintainer of this library so here are a few reasons:

• It is heavily maintained (changelogs for testimony)
• Unit tested (not 100% coverage though)
• This one is dart only, it does not use external plugins so it works on all platforms and his tree shakeable contrary to other libs
• supports internationalization
• use best in class google metadata
• I'm also the author of https://pub.dev/packages/phone_numbers_parser which is a rewrite of google libphonenumber so I can quickly make changes to the underlying library. Although phone number parsing is hard, that lib has had some time to evolve and is based on a true and tested one.
• Can distinguish between fixedLine and mobile phones.
