Break out the legacy EE code into a separate repo

Issue Overview

We have moved the Jakarta EE 9+ version of protocols and testenrichers into a separate repo:
https://github.com/arquillian/arquillian-jakarta

Should we move the now legacy javax.* based namespace versions into an arquillian-javaee-legacy repo to clean up the core?

Expected Behaviour

The existing legacy namespace features should be available in a separate repo and releasable independently from the core

Current Behaviour

These are in core and we are seeing some issues as the Java SE build version is increased
