Production Guide should be updated to use our operator for installation

The Armada team has created the armada-operator to help streamline installation of Armada. We are aiming to deprecate the helm charts eventually so we should have a guide to mention how to use the operator to install a production instance of Armada.

Work needed for this ticket:

• Modify https://github.com/armadaproject/armada/blob/master/docs/production-install.md to use the operator
• Play around with the operator to setup a Armada environment.
