When ParseDefinedCSV method of the CSVParser class is called on this file:

Part Number

304002360500
304002360600
304002360700
304002360701

it work's fine. However when it is called on this file

Part Number
304002360400
304002360500
304002360600
304002360700
304002360701
<BLANK LINE HERE>

it crashes.
