nx-terraform lint should support tfsec command line options

Currently the lint executor nx-terraform:lint only has an option to turn tfsec on or off. As such it is prohibitively difficult to run tfsec with command line arguments or a custom configuration yaml.

Example: Consider exposing the --config-file command line option (or any bespoke command line option) to allow security severity overrides to be set (e.g. https://aquasecurity.github.io/tfsec/v0.63.1/getting-started/configuration/config/ )
