There's already an issue for Bitbucket Cloud (#459), but not for Bitbucket Server.
The REST API is also different, I think it would be simpler to threat them as separate SCMs

@yannayh here you go, but I saw that there are a couple of other issues/PR that, if merged, would require revisiting this. Also not sure if maintainers are interested in supporting this particular SCM.
