Checking the mirror region allows you to manually specify a specific mirror. #3068

This download speed is already the speed that can be achieved after configuring the appropriate region's mirror.
but in general it may be that a slower mirror is used during the installation process, and I would like to be able to manually specify the mirror server to effectively reduce the download time used.For areas where network quality is not guaranteed.

The problem is also that if you install Arch via archinstall, for the first 5-7 seconds you will think about something, for example, if you install a package (pacman -S firefox) you will think a little, and then the installation will begin, but if you install Arch manually, everything is fine
