CEA, photovoltaic gets stuck on panel tilt angle

Describe the bug
Photovoltaic script gets stuck at panel tilt angle when i run.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'CEA Console or Dashboard'
2. Type 'cea photovoltaic' or Click on 'Run Script' in [Energy potentials - Photovoltaic]
3. See error (stops running in the panel tilt angle, i.e. gets stuck and doesnt appear to continue running)

Expected behaviour
Is expected to run the photovoltaic script.
