Would it be possible to get a documented example usage of this for OpenStack Swift?

We are not expecting documenting anytime soon. However, you can check swift specific flags here:

osm/cmds/config/set.go

Line 88 in 186d610

    
           setCmd.Flags().StringVar(&req.swiftConfigKey, swift.Kind+"."+swift.ConfigKey, "", "Swift config key")

Also, you can run osm config set-context -h to check the available flags for swift.
