I have 3 deployment: reviews-v1, reviews-v2, reviews-v3, and a service: reviews.
I want to deploy them using runtime component operator. How should I operate?
According to the current situation, it seems that this will create three different services, but I want to use only one service to allocate traffic to reviews-v1, reviews-v2 and reviews-v3.

In some cases, I want to use the operator to create resources that only include deployment and not service. How can I turn off the automatic creation of service?
