I tried to download the theme seems the link https://apollo.open-resource.org/downloads/luci-theme-darkmatter_0.2-beta-2_all.ipk is down

Is there anyway I can get it?

Sorry, the wiki has been having a couple of network/host related issues which lead to bad network performance and total cutouts. As of today it should be working again smoothly.
