Unable to review Terms and Conditions

Whenever I try to join a channel, Riot pops up the message "To continue using the matrix.org homeserver you must review and agree to our terms and conditions." When I click on "Review terms and conditions," nothing happens. My guess is, it's trying to open them in a new window or popup or something, which Revolt isn't showing properly. I had to log in to Riot on the web to accept them. Clicking on the button there opened the T&Cs at matrix.org in a new tab, which I'm guessing Revolt isn't correctly launching in a web browser (or perhaps is unable to do in the Flatpak build I'm running).

I'm running the latest Flatpak build of Revolt (20180319.0dfbb77).
