The image is available through the GitHub registry. There is a placeholder already in the Apache organization on Docker Hub -> https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/camel-karavan

I get that this is extra work, so alternatively, I propose adding the note on DockerHub about availability on GHCR + link to this repository.
