Lumber jack not instacutting trees in 1.17 server

I've started up a server in 1.17, with a lot of origin mods, as well as custom origins, but no matter who picks lumberjack, it won't insta cut trees, everything else with lumberjack works just fine, but just insta cutting doesn't work, the wood you chop will stay for an extra second after chopping like the server recognizes that smth is supposed to happen. but nothing does, and yet sometimes after chopping almost all of the logs, except maybe 2 or 3, it will activate.

I can't find any reason why it's doing this. Does anyone have any ideas?
