今天偶然间看到的，不知道这个项目还有没有人维护，抱着试一试的心态发一下。

。。我也是看到这个贴了，这里应该把防溢出删掉并调小INF(1e4+5)，比如在上面链接的数据中，d[3][2]=d[1][1]=INF，如果不删防溢出，那么计算d[0][2]是结果会是2而不是INF。
