My headphone died (after almost four full years) and I bought a new Siberia 350 unit. This tool doesn't work with this new set of headphones. I changed the device ID and it can see the headphones but it seems the actual messages may have changed.

Do you have any tips for getting these issues resolved? I'm not sure where to start figuring out what messages the device is expecting, etc.

Thank You!

@cmiles74 You need USB sniffer (Free USB Analyzer, USBlyzer, usbpcap, etc.) and SteelSeries Software on Windows. Trigger a command in SteelSeries Software and see usb frames in the sniffer.

A little late to the party, hope your Siberia 350 is still working: https://github.com/weinholt/sibctrl
