This is necessary to run on Go 1.21. Fix ansible#815.

As per the comment on the issue, this PR will drop support for GO 1.19. Receptor build uses go from RHEL and the latest released version is 1.19 right now. looks like 1.20 will be released in RHEL 8.9/9.3 mid-November, so we can not merge this PR until then |

RHEL 9.3 was released last week and RHEL 8.9 was released yesterday. |
