Error message on missing cometbft #3966

Hi, just a small thing, if cometbft isn't present on system, the error message on booting the ledger is pretty non-descript:

ERROR namada_node: Err(Tendermint(Init(Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: "No such file or directory" })))

Feels like it would be great for our forgetful minds if it prompted more clearly that it's cometbft which is missing :)
