To reproduce clone and run juvix typecheck:
https://github.com/anoma/anoma-applib/tree/jan/type-checking-bug

Extract of the error message:

 mkReader {S} {M} ask local has type:
  Reader StandardInputs (StateT PRNG (ReaderT StandardInputs Mtl.Identity))
but is expected to have type:
  Reader StandardInputs λ! {A := StateT PRNG (ReaderT StandardInputs Mtl.Identity) A}

It should be possible to unify these two types by the eta-reduction law.
