Scroll Both Direction (bidirectional infinite scroll)

hey please help me in this
I make both Direction scroll and work
just one problem in new code is when scroll top scrollbar is fixed bot when Scroll to bottom and function run scrollbar is going down with content
I change style of divs but not work

note : I think scroll bottom by accident scroll work fine two times or one time but not work good always
