Steps to reproduce:

Start some music, in this case I shortly listened to: https://notify.moe/soundtrack/LdHQC-fzg
Pause the music
Go into your upcoming anime
Remove some anime from your collection
The music starts playing again, without any visual changes to the music player. [Still shows the track as paused]

Expected behavior:

Removing anime shouldn't affect the music playback.

Version:

Firefox 77.0.1, 64Bit
