ng start issue

ERROR in node_modules/@ngx-translate/core/src/translate.service.d.ts(1,24): error TS2305: Module '"/home/ghazanfar/projects/rizwan_dashboard/jalan-dashboard/node_modules/@angular/core/core"' has no exported member 'OpaqueToken'.

i have deleted node mods folder as well and installed all dependencies again, but no luck.
any one can help me related this.
