npm build failed

hi i followed all the steps but when i run the project. MSB3073 The command "npm run css:build" exited with code 9. labb2 this error occurs. I tried to change path in package.json and added npm path to my environment variable nothing helps . Please help me.

Did you added the ItemGroup section in the .csproj file? seems like that could resolve your problem

this occurs when you recently install npm. Restart your computer and it fixed that error code for me.
