Can not drag PanelVC to close #17

I think we'd better enable drag PanVC to close instead of minimize

line 427 ARSPContainerController.m - change to close
line 437 ARSPContainerController.m - accept offset that less than visibleZoneHeight

And how about move [installPanelViewControllerConstraintToBottom] to animation block instead of complete block as now
