Add API to Get Data for Macro Indices

I want to access the following indices:

• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/building-permits-25
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/ism-manufacturing-new-orders-index-1483
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/cb-consumer-confidence-48
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/durable-goods-orders-86
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/manufacturing-output-1307
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/cap-goods-ship-non-defense-ex-air-1751
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/industrial-production-161
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/average-weekly-hours-379
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/nonfarm-payrolls-227
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/personal-income-234
• https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/core-cpi-56

looks like this is not working through the investpy.indices api and all the others seem even less suitable, and the investpy.economic_calendar api seems to miss an option to pass the indicator. However, all of them have their event api like:

I however can't get the session correctly set up and always get the "you are banned" response. Nevertheless, I still can browse there using a regular browser.
