Create training/learning material for users

Brief

We know that there is an appetite for training and learning content about GOV.UK Design System amongst our community (conversations on Slack, responses to UX Surveys 2023, 2022, and 2021. We also know that this no longer provided by GDS, and whilst it exists amongst isolated suppliers, this is not readily available to all. This dearth of knowledge sharing is exacerbated by the fact the Design System team no longer supports or maintains the GOV.UK Prototype Kit. We will meet this need amongst our users and stakeholders by creating short bite sized pieces of content. Start small, evaluate and iterate.
