The "Select a topic" link in the error-summary component on the page below does not work:
https://www.gov.uk/email-signup/confirm?link=%2Fmoney#topic

We should update the link so it points to the answer that has a validation error.

Should follow the design system guidance on using the error-summary component

You must link to each of the answers that have validation errors
