Error when opening the visor from link

The link alloplace://sandbox.places.alloverse.com/ (provided in the tutorial to open the visor directly to the sandbox) when the visor is not already open leads to the visor displaying this error:

scenes/network_scene.lua:196: attempt to index field 'entity' (a nil value)
