Request Feature: Generation of hugo module for theme

Since more and more themes are using modularization as a means of installation, it would be really cool if graysx followed suit. I would just create a pull request, but unfortunately it is one of those things the developer has to do. It only takes one command and then a push to the repo.

hugo mod init github.com/akatiggerx04/graysx-hugo

and then push the changes.
